Entry is from twelve noon on the day of arrival. If the room is not available, Hotel La Cepada guarantees that it will be ready before 2 p.m.
Rooms must be vacated by twelve noon on the day of departure.
Prices include 7% VAT.
No animals are permitted.
Guests have been informed and are aware that their personal information will be included in the personal information file of Hotel La Cepada to be used to offer products and services that may interest them. The personal information of any guests that come to us through a travel agency or cooperating company can be given to those companies to verify the guests’ identity. All guests can exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose this information at the hotel at the following address: Avda. de Cotranquil, s/n 33550 - Cangas de Onís (Asturias).

If the reservation is cancelled at least fifteen days in advance, 100% of the amount prepaid will be returned.
If the reservation is cancelled less than seven days before arrival, the amount prepaid will not be returned.
If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not occupy your room (no show), the hotel will not return the amount prepaid and a surcharge corresponding to the first night’s stay will be added.
When confirming and guaranteeing a reservation, guests undertake to respect the number of days of their total stay; if not, the cancellation policy will be followed and the hotel will be obliged to charge 100% of the reservation that was confirmed by both parties.
Guarantee Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and 25% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a guarantee.
